Michael Tanionos offers a wealth of
knowledge in financial services and
residential real estate. Presently managing
an office with one
of the largest financial institutions at
Wells Fargo (the #1 mortgage lender in the
United States with 27% market share), Mike
has worked for JP Morgan Chase (named the #1
investment bank in the world by
Institutional Investor), and managed an
office in one of the largest mortgage
companies of New England. With experience in
private banking, mortgages, finance, as well
as management, he provides a unique
perspective for clients of The MAAC Group,
enabling our team to work with companies in
the earlier planning stages and find
international real estate investors in the
luxury market. His experience, knowledge and
current network of contacts in the Boston
real estate market, and in NY, will be
integral to the successful origination of
pre-sale contracts. He has a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration from one
of the top business schools in New England,
Bryant College. Mike double-minored in
Computer Information Systems and
Communications and has additional
post-college training in lending and
underwriting practices. He is an active
member of the Chamber of Commerce, Boston
Young Professionals, and the alumni network
